I’m guessing that this picture was taken before Rain left Division 5, when he was still an Assistant Training Officer, because that’s what it says on his helmet. “Assistant” (jogyo). Check out that smile. Did you work anybody over good and proper that day, PFC JiHoon? Heheh. 😀
