Can you say Awesome KPop Moment of the Day? MBLAQ on U.S. soil, throwing down with all their KPop compadres! Oh, how I envy Cloudburst Las Vegas Sun leader StarRain, because she was up in Tha House at the MGM Grand. Wahhhh. Okay, MGM, what was up with the lighting during “Y”? Did you not think anyone wanted to SEE them? What gives? 😦

Awww this is too cute!! Poor Joon!! LOL!!! That girl was relentless!! On the other hand, he should know better than to go out alone to the gym without escort and back!! He was adorable with those fans!! Gawd, take a look at his face, without makeup he looks stunning!! Also, it’s me or they are getting taller? They looked awesome on stage!! Love the outfits, so elegant and chic. Aww Thunder is a cutie pie, I love to see him with his cat, so cute but on stage he’s on fire!! Roar!! Love his hair black!! G.O. drives me crazy with his voice! Love his solo in Mona Lisa. They were amazing!!

Precious Joonie walking around in that undershirt like girls would not notice is fine ass. The fan really tested his English ability with spelling/writing her name out for her. I’d love to know how Joon keeps his skin so perfect. I think Thunder and Mir might be getting taller.

I was a lucky fan-noona who did get to see all of MBLAQ “casually” walking around the MGM. It was surreal and honestly I was just trying to be laid back (controlling my fan-noona-ing (that is not a word) was really hard to do). Girls were following them around but at a distance which was nice to see. The boys performances on both concert nights were great! They are adorable!
Thunder (my little Doongie) made an awesome joke – I am looking for the clip in my piles of videos from these concerts. Will post later!

I feel like you, because when you are somebody’s fan this is like seeing the “holy grail”….a once in a lifetime moment and it’s hard to let that pass by without even trying to come up to them. BUT, you really have to be discerning about that moment too. I wouldn’t bum-rush as you say. But don’t let me see you and it’s only you, me and a couple other people then it’s…ON!
One other thing I would not do. I SURE AS HELL wouldn’t scream and alert others standing nearby…REMAIN CALM, don’t be a “fangirl” if possible. I would want as much time with my “idol” BY MYSELF as I could get, for as long as I could get. I would stretch that 2 minutes like taffy candy! LONG taffy candy. I wouldn’t tell NOBODY honey!! THAT autograph would be obtained 007 style baby! That’s how I got Loretta Divine’s autograph. That was the problem Terri, the girl’s nearby stupidly got all loud and Hovered and MADE people curious, then here came the crowd. They weren’t smart about them moment. (IMO) He may have been gracious enough to talk for a moment had they not done the bum-rush. Oh Wells! (SMILES)

Like I said, I’m torn. I would have probably been one of the first ones to approach…but like you, BiA, I would have been really surreptitious about it. No sense drawing a crowd, right? LOL.

I really felt for him because poor baby had a fan spelling a name in English and him having to get it right. !!!
I mean, it’s one thing to be practicing another language with a teacher or a classmate or even a friend, and QUITE ANOTHER to have a native speaker giving you English letters on the fly and your brain having to remember what the hell they are. Nerve-wracking. Lord, I hope he didn’t mess up LOL! Bless his heart!

Events like this NEVER happened when I’ve been in Vegas. My toes have been “scorched” by Vegas heat 4 separate times (trips). As I overheard, one other vacationer say going into Ceasar’s in her best Southern accent….”It’s hotter’an a Motherf____!” I cracked the hell up on that the rest of the night. It was mid June…..needless to say. (SMILES)

I kinda feel like the fan was out of line, demanding he write her name in English like that. He is nervous and he is not a native speaker so I’m sure he was flustered. It was nice enough for him to say hi and sign his name.

LOL. Aw, Joon. You should have known better, buddy. The day has passed when you could sneak across a hotel lobby in Las Vegas.
But I’m a little torn about seeing that. On the one hand, I’m really GLAD he got besieged by fans. After all, I would have felt bad for him if he had tried the sneak and no one had noticed him at all.
On the other hand, fans need to control themselves. If an idol looks like he is coming from the gym to his room after a workout, then that is a private moment, and he should be left alone. I know it’s tempting to rush them and beg for autographs, especially here in The States, when who the heck knows when such a chance might come again. But really. A quick wave and a holler is appropriate. Bum-rushing is not.
When an idol is in costume and at an official event, or maybe even out in public and obviously dressed to impress and inviting attention, that’s one thing. But in sweats and darting across a lobby in an obvious effort to get back to his room? NO. Sigh.
I’m proud of him though. He handled that very well, don’t you think? (And honestly, when he got to the room, he was probably like, “Guys, do NOT go out there. Oh MAN, that was friggin’ AWESOME.”)
