Celeb Trend: MCM Backpacks
The latest leather accessory favored by celebrities isn’t monogrammed with LV or covered in a brown check pattern. Rather, it’s emblazoned with an MCM and often decorated with diamond-shaped gold studs. MCM is a luxury leather goods brand from Germany which has become very popular in Seoul, as evidenced by the many Korean stars who can be seen holding its wallets, clutches, and handbags. However, it’s the backpack which is particularly ubiquitous right now! You might think that it’s difficult for a backpack to look anything but utilitarian, but the structured shape and the metal detailing make the MCM backpack a stylish favorite of celebrities. Check it out!
DBSK’s Yunho has been seen wearing this cream leather model a couple times. It’s very versatile, as it goes equally well with a black leather jacket and a pastel cotton peacoat!
Not to be outdone, bandmate Changmin has sported a more hardcore version in black leather. The studs on the straps guarantee that this is a statement piece even from the front.
However, it’s Rain who may be most associated with the MCM brand, as he has modeled for them in the past and continues to appear at the brand’s events. Here, he can be seen carrying the classic Cognac Visetos model (first two pictures), a similar model in red, and a more adventurous version in leopard-print fur and gold plating. Wow!
MBLAQ’s Lee Joon owns the same backpack. His hair color may change, but the red bag works either way!
Bandmate Thunder also displays the versatility of his black canvas model (as well as his hat and sunglasses).

well well well they are wearing this MCM it very GOOD & equal quality to all endorser make as for me i very see rain is a smexier person to Endorser this it not just him but he always welcome alot to different culture of who he turn to be i love how rain always goes out on his Airplane with Red & Gold or brown MCM backpack i see rain wear and how he always coated them with Fashionable that why he have this attractiveness and even a true REAL mode could SUIT like rain his body everything about just PERFECT in Model periods i am gald they love just about this MCM are but in General rain is the one eye catch Camera all over the place he goes a jet Leg ….!!
i love how Mblaq not let rain down either the boy very start to be like rain in a amsll note they make this MCM even more Popluar as well and i have to say Japan fan are very love Mblaq so i hope they will success they concert coming soon ..

Love how these guys rock these backpacks. Those backpacks look really nice, I wouldn’t mind having one for myself one day.

Yunho, LOVE the pastel peacoat! I need that for myself…..seriously. Obviously, the designer backpacks are a huge trend for K-Pop celebs. I’m just curious as to how much stuff a guy needs to carry on his person……any guy. I Know how it is for us girls. I carry a “trunk load” of stuff in most of my purses. (SMILES)

That’s soo true!! If there is someone born to be a model is him!! Even when Rain was a child he looked adorable and cute. His skin is flawless, tans beutifully, his hair is georgeous, even moves perfect, that dancer’s body is HOT, his eyes are so expressive, he is tall, has sensual lips, the camera adores him, so there you have it, the perfect model for EVERYTHING!!!

The funny part about modeling is a lot of the time it’s all about the photographer’s vision and his/her ability to work miracles with a camera lens. Because some (not all) models are “photographically challenged” (*without the hairstylist, the makeup artist, the oh-so-fly clothes, the photo shop graphics……Just Saying*). Rain is indeed blessed that he doesn’t Actually Need those things to take a great photo. Some models you wouldn’t recognize standing right next to you without all the “pomp and circumstance” of their photos. You’d be like……”You were on the cover of what??…..Damn, that was You?!”………….(SMILES)
