1. I hope that sales are booming, they should be. I loved this drama so much. This will always be one of my most favorite dramas of all time. I am not just saying this because I am a die heart fan of Rain. Even if you are not a fan anyone could see how amazing Rain was in this drama. I mean he wore many acting hats. He could be funny, dramatic, sad, and happy. Also, lets not forget the above, amazing, awsome, so professionally excuted stunts that he did himself. Come on this drama had it all. Anyone who does or did not like this drama was just a fool and missed out.

   I wonder do Rain get any of the profits from the sale of the dvd?

     Yes, Rain gets part of the profits from the sale of the DVDs. That would have been included in his contract. However, he’ll only make money if people buy them from a legitimate seller and don’t buy pirated copies.

     Thank you, Flower, for bringing this up. It’s always good to get a reminder. Everyone remember to buy your favorite artists’ merchandise from a reputable seller and not a pirate. That way, you can rest assured they are being fairly compensated for their hard work (well, unless they signed a terrible contract, of course. :-}).

     I hate to think of Rain working as hard as he does (or any other artist, for that matter) and not getting compensated for his work simply because people are out there buying pirated stuff. It makes me crazy.

     • Makes me crazy too. Especially since I know that fans do it all the time. It’s like they just don’t “think”. I’m not sure why.

       For Rain to continue to grow and be valued by the entertainment industry as a viable artist, he has to bring in money and numbers that can be counted (as well as traffic and comments in floods to entertainment and news sites that write about him). We can stand out here and holler about how much we love Rain all we want to, but that won’t mean a hill of beans to the Powers That Be.
