We adore Carter Chen, and we have for a while.
We adore him because he is awesome when it comes to making videos (this one, for example!). Because he and his exuberant personality are as cute as buttons. Because he can dance up a storm and just might end up on stage himself one day (he really looks up to Rain). And because a guy who joins the 8th Cloud AND wears a 비 haircut is tops in our book.
