“The name of his song is “珍愛” in Chinese, that means “Cherish” or “Treasure”, they both written the same in Chinese (saw they put “Treasure” in English news, so it should be called “Treasure” I think), but it definitely does NOT mean “True Love” as someone spreading every where. The lyrics of it is about cherish the environment, nothing about ‘True Love’, except loving the environment, loving the Earth.
“珍愛” means “Treasure” or “Cherish”, and ‘True Love’ in Chinese is written like “真愛”. They are totally 2 different characters with 2 different meanings even their pronounciations are similar.” — Scorpiola]
Yes, this is the promotional tune that Rain has recorded in connection with his Chinese-Korean green ambassadorship. It sounds wonderfully patriotic and full of good will, like something Olympic, yes? And his voice in Chinese is as gorgeous here as it is in every other language.

Thank you for clarifying this valuable information to us. For me, who do not know Mandarin, let alone read Chinese characters, the melody of the song speaks for itself. It is beautifully composed, has a powerful ending as though the lyrics is conveying a strong message; and since we know that Rain sings it as part of his ambassadorship then we already understand the meaning of the song. I still agree that it is patriotic and it is dedicated to the world.

Love it!!!! It sounds very hopeful, modern and unique; just like Rain. His voice sounds very smooth and love the beat. Wanna know the translation for those lyrics coz I am sure it’s a beautiful song.

I love the song. I agree it does sound very patiotic. Other words that come to mind of how I felt listening to the song is uplifting and full of hope. It makes you want to go out and do some good will.

i agree with her and that what i thinking and say in my mind too also note rain very sing this song very passionate he very adapt the rythms it dsound this song very encourage to the ambassdor too i could be wrong but of rain he very is nothing like we could have in mind seeing rain give so much dicated song and work for any county who invate rain for any reason.. this song making me feel like he sing to the world and know what so specail for it !! 🙂

Very good! You’re right it’s a patriotic and kind of a celebratory melody. Listening to it gave me goosebumps from start to finish. Rain’s voice was as usual, very profound and this really makes a good dedicational song for his ambassadorship. Any song he sang, he sings with such passion. I liked it especially in the mid to end part when he yelled ” WHOA “…haha! ! for a while, he’s like belting out an R&B tune and dancing to Rainism. I love the song, among others. But of course we love all his songs, no exception. haha! ! Thanks for being the first to share the song to us. You’re the best. Love you guys.
