…it’s a lot less confusing to realize that the MAMAs (Mnet Asian Music Awards), the MKMFs (Mnet Korean Music Festivals), and the MKMVFs (Mnet Korean Music Video Festivals) are all the same show—the name has just changed over the years. 10asia explains that and gives more details about this year’s 7 pm show, which will give out awards according to fan votes, music chart rankings, and single and album sales.
The last time Rain participated was when he returned to Korea in 2008—the MKMFs, where he did the “walking on water” 50-degree moving incline—after Ninja Assassin filming had completed. In fall/winter 2009, he was way too busy with both Ninja Assassin‘s world premieres and the Legend of Rainism Tour at the same time. It’s good to see him back in the music scene saddle for 2010, yes?
He has many 2010 MAMA nominations (» our previous post is HERE), which is awesome, and we’ve no idea if he’ll perform or not, or even be able to make it what with the changes in show time and place. But I tell you what—his entire 2008 performance was one of the most amazing of his entire career, included the best “Rainism” ever, and is one we never tire of.

yeah! this is true rain been so hectic for his NA fliming yet concert rain have no time to be part of the award but, he is perforam MKMF the think is rain bring the house down and he STOLE the show with defeaning SHOCK he was toward the last perforamce but no doub the aduiance yelling and wild defeaning of rain when he show up peromace MY WAY,IT RAINING , ONLY YOU DON”T STOP RAINISM this was the most hotness and best 2008 perforamceer of rain ever i i even watch it over and over i never get tried of this perforamcer ever the bottom line that rain tearing everbody even rip his V line off it ahahah sexy hot and megnicent ever i love this one the most toward end of years rain u got your motto!!
