2 Missing, 7000 Homes Damaged from Heavy Downpour.
People in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province are under terrible siege by violent flooding. Little can be done to contain the weather, but a lot can be done through prayer. Please send the victims plenty, and keep the missing in your thoughts during this terrible time.
Thank you.

The heavy rain that battered the central region Tuesday has left two people missing, and the damage was estimated at over 7000 households.
The National Emergency Management Agency says many stranded in valleys in Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces were rescued but that two people who were fishing in Yeongwol County, Gangwon Province were swept away by rapid currents and are unaccounted for.
Some 3000 households in lowland areas in Seoul, 2000 in Incheon and 13-hundred homes in Gyeonggi Province are known to be inundated.
Some 12-thousand displaced people of 46-hundred houses in metropolitan Seoul took shelter at nearby schools and churches, and most of them returned home on Wednesday.
Roads submerged underwater and halted traffic in 47 areas in Seoul and Incheon, but cars are running again Wednesday on most roads except for underground ones and on Jamsu Bridge.
The National Emergency Management Agency says 4000 pieces of equipment, over 3000 firemen and 13-thousand civil servants have been mobilized for restoration work.
