Look at how his hands and thumb are positioned, and the slight 45 degree angle of the blade, and how his grip isn’t tight, but with the fingers loose and draped… My old sensei was a master swordsman and I watched him with his kitana constantly back in the day.
It’s been two years, but in my opinion, Rain’s body truly remembers Raizo. 🙂 ]

This sword is not used as a prop in the drama, but he showed some natural motions that he does when
grabbing a sword when he saw it…^^ㅋㅋ
I heard that he had practiced with all his heart for his former film…So now I see that he looks great..??ㅋㅋ.
I was going to look at this picture alone, saving it for later ㅋㅋ, but I’ve decided to show it to the world. !!

u know what i have never see anybody have strong image like rain by looking at him holding this swords it very korean traddional way back to Ninja Assassin day he must love the sword he saw that sword he imdeidy grap and show

The way his hands and thumb are positioned, and the slight 45 degree angle he’s holding the blade at, is how a swordsman would do it. His grip isn’t tight at all; his fingers are loose and draped. (My old sensei was a master swordsman and I watched him with his kitana constantly.)
