Come to think of it… an acquaintance of mine, back in the 90s, had a wife from India and her beautiful complexion was darker than the color of this blog…
As you all get to know me, you will find that I usually speak in broad generalities, as there is nothing that completely pertains to one group of people.

I hear ya Stephe, we who are African-American know that all too well. We come in many shades! That’s why I chuckled at the staffer’s tweet that Rain was “Deep Mahogany.” I could show him deep mahogany with regard to some of my family members, whereas my coloring is between actresses Lynn Whitfield and Nia Long. Deep Mahogany?……Rain’s skintone above ain’t it!!…….It’s all good though! (BIG SMILES)

It has been raining and cloudy in the Philippines since Rain arrived. The filming location has tents everywhere and Rain had been shooting indoors (in a restaurant). He had gotten this golden glow in Macau or in Cebu (where he was reported to have stayed for a little R&R on the beach prior to coming to Manila).
