“We can eat some kimchi…” or have an MV battle.
Heck, while we’re waiting for Rain and Colbert to get it on like Donkey Kong, we can have our own battle right here, a battle of the music videos. Who escapes the sun the best? Yeah? So, without further ado…
°
In the Red Corner, with intentionally bad visual effects but a funny bone a mile long, Stephen “You know you’re my girl, so get into my Hyundai” Colbert!
And in the Blue Corner, with some pretty heavy issues but a voice and a body that charms millions, Ji-Hoon “Girl, you’re like a scratch so deep it leaves a scar” Jung! RAINNNNNNN!
I want a good clean fight—no eye gouges, foreign objects, or strikes to the groin. The fans will make the call. All right gentlemen… let’s get it on! 😛

» BONUS: The original He’s Singing in Korean MV, from The Colbert Nation, 2007. (Sorry to those who can’t watch the video because of their residence, blast it… )
» BONUS: The best dance battle ev-vah. Hahaha. PLEASE NOTE: At around the 1:30 minute mark, the video goes black—a technical glitch of some kind. So wait until around 1:50, then move the circle marker back to around the 1:20 mark, and the entire video should play fine after that.
» Really COOL: Stephen Colbert’s segment on Discovery Channel‘s Hip Korea documentary on Rain, where Colbert shows just how much he admires our Ji-Hoon. There are also bits of Colbert’s Singing In Korean MV, and the infamous dance-off. “We were in the presence of a master,” Colbert said. We love this. 🙂
Have fun.

Colbert actually did a decent job for a non-dancer. He was smooth with it. ROFL
