There’s just something about Rain. A South Korean pop star who has branched into acting and reinvented himself into an ass-kicking vigilante in “Ninja Assassin,” Rain twisted, turned and took off dudes’ heads throughout the film, creating an excessively bloody, utterly escapist 99 minutes. Plus, anything the Wachowski Brothers do that isn’t “Speed Racer” is … well, better than “Speed Racer.” ….
