This appears to be Rain relaxing up in some sort of sky box after his 2010 Dream Concert performance. We say after because when have you ever known him to relax before going on stage? His usual preparation for a show is quite methodical, and is one of continuous practicing, costume adjustments, and deep concentration, step by step by step backstage. If this is before he sang, then he has changed his M.O. quite drastically.
