Rain on Entertainment Weekly.
This weekend, KBS’s Entertainment Weekly show (which I sorely miss because I no longer have KBS World *sigh*) featured a clip about Rain’s MTV Biggest Badass Star nomination for Raizo. Hot Click star… was that a voting competition for the immediate viewing audience, maybe? I want one of those crazy bird shirts LOL! The little bit at the end, where Rain “wins a major award,” is actually from a commercial spot he shot in Australia a few years ago while down there for Nature Republic. — Stephe ^@@^

but, that is a common haircut for young Korean males. some fans complain about that type of haircut, but if you watch the ordinary male population, just walking the streets in Korea, you will see it’s a very common style. Rain has stated that even his father wore that style when he was a young man. i think it’s a nationalistic style there.
