Another Rain Check. The news just won’t stop.
» Son Dam-Bi or Rain: Who Rocks Eyelashes Better? HERE. A blogger makes a personal observation, and hopes Rain won’t go ninja on him. This gave me a chuckle. 🙂 Dam-Bi is my girl and I love the look on her, seriously love it… Rain had me hog-tied in love before his falsies hit the scene, and I’ve always thought men with sweeping lashes were exotically magnetic anyway, so… I can’t say. With them being different genders, seems like comparing apples and oranges. (I honestly don’t understand why, after years and years, eyeliner and lashes on a male entertainer still freak people out. What’s the big deal?) What do you think?
» Lee Hyo-Ri’s comeback date officially set for April 2! HERE. After constantly pushing back her album drop, along with someone else we know. Gee, what a surprise. I don’t suppose she’s going to be on Music Bank that day too, eh? *just shaking my head* All I can say is bring something HUGE to the table, honey, because as you can see, Rain is seriously bringing his. (Tiffny, are you ready to see what Hyo-Ri’s going to do?)
» Rain Wins Three Green Planet Movie Awards HERE. The Chosun Ilbo gets in on the action.
» Korean Comic “Full House” To Become An Animated 3D Film HERE. A little more information on the story that first came out earlier this month.

Does anyone else wonder about the timing of Hyo-Ri’s comeback? Or is it just me?? How incredibly strategic. And clever.
Does anyone know if they will be competing on the same stages?

what i think is that folks spend a lot of time on the outside look of an entertainer, in this instance Rain. his younger fans, remark constantly of his hair, his body, his clothes etc, etc.(worth all the praise they give him)
but, they don’t seem to care enough to find out what’s behind or what drives a person like Rain. they don’t go pass the visual. they don’t seem to care about or want to know much about the world he lives in and how it influences his decisions. i think the younger fans (15, 20) just haven’t learned enough yet. thank goodness Rain has fans who have been around for awhile (40,50 &60 yr olders), who have had time or experiercne to become famaliar with the entertainment field. the strange thing is that when you attempt to share some of this, you find they are so tunnel thinking, they can’t comprehend what you’re saying. but, i believe Rain’s creative abilities can give all his fans somethng of what they look for. i’m stoked about the ballad.
