Rain dates are upon us.

It is Friday, 5:42 in the morning here in Atlanta, Eastern Standard Time, which means it is 7:42 pm, Friday evening in Seoul. Which means… Rain is about to take the stage at the 8th Annual Lotte Family Concert, and we can start the countdown to when the first fan cams from the event show up. (We hope they’re really good!) Rain, Tae Woo, and a handful of other stars will be belting out songs tonight; Girls Generation and another handful will be entertaining the audience on Saturday night.

In three days, on March 8th, the Nikon D5000 camera that Rain used to take photos of his fans for the latest Nikon commercial spots will be put up for auction on the www.realityrain.com mini site (it is in Hangul). The auction will reportedly start at 4 PM and last for six hours; people can bid in 1,000 Won ($.80) increments, and the camera will go to the highest bidder. The best part is—IF the reports are correct—Rain will deliver the camera to the highest bidder himself on the 14th, at the Nikon exhibition showcasing his fan photographs at the Star Cafe in Seoul.
