The drought in Taiwan has ended… because of Rain.
According to Taiwan Entertainment News, Rain made the Kaohsiung concert fans extremely happy by greeting them in Taiwanese (as in his prior interviews) and by expressing his appreciation for them in English, while performing. Many famous artists and the Kaohsiung City mayor were in attendance as well, which had the stadium in even more of an uproar.
