1) OMG, he’s wearing one of my favorite suits for It’s Raining! We all know that Rain in a dark suit is an amazing visual, but this light-colored number is simply divine. The subtle shine of it reminds me of champagne…
2) What is that, a sound glitch? Grrr, can’t they simply get his mics right? Don’t sweat it, Rain. Just carry on!
3) Ooooh. Did he pour himself into those pants or WHAT?
4) Voice is on point. Thumbs up.
5) Jawline is sharp and set.
6) “Slow it down for me, slow it down for me…”
7) Run those fingers through that awesome hair, Bae.
8) (4:17) NICE view. (If the pants fit, you must acquit! No fashion crime here! haha~)
9) LA Song! “Get, get, get back…”
10) Bite that lip. Bite it hard!
11) Gosh, that huge audience…

14) Love. His. Shoes. The heel on them make his long legs look even longer.
15) Sunglasses are off! Zoom in there, cameraman. He’s finna talk some Chinese and English.
16) Gosh, I Do sounds sooooo good coming through those Rain pipes, yo.
17) Was he just singing and holding a tune while he was running? Well, all right!
18) Just had to get a booty shake in there, didn’t cha? LOL!
19) Ahahaha! Bless his little pea-pickin’ heart. He and the crew are laughing because he started to sing Instead of Saying Goodbye for some doggone reason (10:51). LOL! Something or someone on your mind, Rain? I Do got you a little distracted? keke~ Yep, fix that pitch like a pro…
20) Okay, NOW it’s time for Instead of Saying Goodbye, LOL~
21) There has never been a white dress shirt that didn’t like his physique, not in the history of K-Pop. Thumbs up!
22) Pardon me for a moment while I stand up and do the Boxing Glove Dance, yeah. “Who are you, 비?”
23) Oh, HELL naw! *pause* Let me run that back. Oh no she didn’t!
24) Okay, at 14:02, Rain saw her coming and prepared himself… Nice save, Gori! Gori was on it and kept this chick from crashing into Rain and/or hitting the ground. It was obvious that he wanted to slow her down, not knock her down. What in the world… Miss Thang, Rain saved your ass from getting jacked by security! Can you imagine how they would have dragged you if Rain hadn’t taken over the situation like the gentleman he is? He didn’t have to do that, push security off and accept your gift, especially when you INTERRUPTED HIS LIVE PERFORMANCE. *SMH* LOL~ Good lord. Nice going, Gori. Nice going, Rain, with your gallant self!
25) Welp, he’s laughing and looking right about now like he just can’t believe how this performance has gone. His sound goes out early, he starts singing the wrong song, a fan bum-rushes his ass LIVE… best to hurry up and end this now, ahaha. And THAT is why I love this performance so much — anyone can look good when things go right… the real test comes when things go wrong, and Rain was a champ. Yaasss.

I just watched Rain on variety talkshow Sketchbook where he performed The Best Present flawlessly. Then he talked about having to take painkillers to perform that night because he has a slipped disk. But then, despite obviously being in pain he looked as if he was feeling stiff through How to Avoid the Sun; but halfway through Rainism, he just DID IT! Wow!

Oh, is it somewhere with English subtitles? I was thinking about doing a transcript from Chinese subtitles… but I guess someone has probably done the subs for it already. Frankly, I wouldn’t recognize that he was in pain, his dancing was flawless as ever. But why did he have to do the back bend in Rainism?!

OnDemandKorea.com has the show with subtitles. They’re very hit or miss with which shows you’ll find subtitled.

@StageCrasherGirl – while reading Stephe’s comments, my rational brain was like “how could somebody do something so rude and irresponsible and crazy!”
But then as I watched the video of him moving so casually like a sweet, gentle big cat predator with every muscle rippling under that white dress shirt…I understand, girl, I understand.

Gosh, even though Miss Crazy Thang was not an anti, just thinking of an anti getting that close to him and the crew with something in their hand is kind of scary. I hate seeing security drop the ball like that. Thank god she was a fan… 😦
Not trying to be a bummer, but dang. It only takes a second and then everyone’s sorry. And sorry ain’t gonna cut it.

True 😦 it is dangerous… and I don’t blame him that he doesn’t want to expose his family to this. As you say, it’s just a second, you never know what’s on someone’s mind. Anyway, there isn’t much to do about it 😦 and his reflexes seem to be fast 🙂

I love him so much, even more when he handles such situations with such grace and professionalism. He loves his fans even when are acting the fool. I can see why this one made you shout out. When he dresses in those form fitting suits, I hold breath for fear of a wardrobe malfunction. Even those he handles effortlessly, but you can never get enough of that body. thanks i am waiting for some more shout outs.

Wow! How he handled the incident with that girl, with such a cute and kind smile – I am speechless as usual… Love this series 🙂 This performance is showing yet another side of him. Looking forward to see your next post! Btw, he had some really great performances on Chinese TV around this time, while filming/promoting For Love or Money, with this longer hair that look so great 🙂
