Yeah, I wish I had his arms….a female version of them. Speaking of working out with arms. Hubby and I went to the park this past Sunday morning since it was nice out. Most parks have a section where you can warm up, stretch, do pull ups…that sort of thing. Well, I don’t know what entered my mind (*maybe it was all this Texas heat*). I got to feeling like a kid again and did a running leap and tried to swing on one of those damned pull up bars. Yeah, I swung for about 2 seconds. At least I didn’t fall though….but it was straight up comedy.
Moral of the story, when you get to a certain age…..feet should stay firmly on the ground. LOL. At least my feet anyway.
(*My shoulders are still sore this morning*)…………………SMILES
