Note from Sonya: Looks like 사랑이 got a beauty treatment (hair cut, shaved). Maybe Rain’s father took 사랑이 to a pet beauty shop, so with all the hashtags, Rain means “Ah, why did my father do it like this? Sarangy looks pitiful.” LOL I think because it protects the skin and deters diseases, Sarangy needs to get regular beauty treatments. His hair must be groomed and shaved because it is now summer and the weather is hot in Korea.
