Rain is Eternal. Where clouds stay gathered, rain will always come. It is inevitable.

Kinda reminds me of that scene in Ninja Assassin when Ozunu made Raizo wear a blindfold for a year to increase his senses. Wonder how many people would make it a year if they had to do that? Not being able to see anything…only relying on the spoken word. Heck, I wonder if I could. Me thinks, a lot of people would end up nuttier than they already are.
Just a random thought………………………………….

Damn shame nobody comments on this blog anymore. It seems Instagram and Twitter have done to blogs what blogs did to newspapers and magazines.
People truly don’t give a rat’s ass about reading anymore do they? If they’ve got to read it they “ain’t” interested.
Oh well……………………………….

Oh, they’re reading all right. A lot.
Remember the stats I told you about a while back? Well, those numbers have increased. Not to mention, we get a fair number of new blog subscribers every day (I get automatic email notifications every time that happens).
It might be really quiet around here these days (and I agree with you, LOTS of comments and conversation is happening on our Twitters instead), but they haven’t left town. They’re just lurking. 🙂

P.S. I forgot to mention that I’m thinking a lot of our overseas viewers may not speak English and probably come mostly for the pictures… When I check the pingbacks to see where they came from, I can see where they used Google to translate our blog into their own language. (I can only hope there’s not too much “lost in translation”, but with some our weird English phrases and such, there’s got to be… I appreciate them at least trying, though. 🙂 )

Yes, I remember you telling me that. I guess I’m an “old school” blog visitor. I like to interact/converse through commenting. Twitter never appealed to me, so I guess it’s my loss. Oh well.
Oh and speaking of “lost in translation”, I’m still annoyed that someone commented on my fan made pic (at The Cloud) and never gave me the opportunity to respond. What looked like a criticism may or may not have been, but if a person doesn’t dialogue what can you do?
This may sound harsh, but my opinion is if you feel like you are not well versed enough in another language to communicate your thoughts fully, then don’t do it. It’s too easy to make a mistake and possibly insult without meaning too. I couldn’t get a read on that person’s intent behind the comment and that annoyed me greatly. Silly as it may seem.

I’m old school too. I much prefer conversing on blogs than than being limited to a measly 140 characters a pop. LOL Bleh. Oh well.
