[FYI][구름 9기] If you’re a 9th Cloud, your icon should be pretty in pink.

As posted by overseas Cloud master huhuhuhu on The Cloud’s private members bulletin board today, the first round of registration for Rain’s official 9th Cloud has been completed.
This means that all paid members (newbies and 8th Cloud) have been leveled up to 9th, so those of you who have already turned in your application and made your payment by the deadline should have pink cloud icons beside your name on Rain’s Official Fan Community in Korea.
If your icon isn’t pink, do contact huhuhuhu ASAP by email at heidi.shanghai@hotmail.com, and have your proof of payment handy.
Membership cards won’t be sent out until after the additional round of registration planned for March (for those who missed the first round) is over.
» 9th Clouds can read huhuhuhu’s notice in its entirety in the Cloud-Filled Room HERE.
Thanks, all. 🙂

I meant to ask after registering for the 9th Cloud. Will there be more Cloud levels in the future that we will have to register to stay a member? After 9, I haven’t seen or heard of any future levels. Or once registered at a level, we are members for life?
I love being a pink Cloud! Do you know what the the prior Cloud colors were?

My sign in does not work anymore. I get a messenge that says “this account does not exist”. I told Terri about it, took her advise and tried to re-register, still cannot get in. Good thing I have the e-mails here to keep my going

I registered for The Cloud in January and forgot my password. I submitted a request for retrieval to my email address which is accurate several times but nothing’s shown up. It says it’s been sent, but mailbox is empty. I even checked my spam. Do you have any ideas?

Hi, lukazess. 🙂 I have to agree with you, The Korean Cloud site is tricky. I’ve had problems with it myself in the past, the older site in particular, when trying to reset my password. I don’t know if it’s the language barrier or what. I’ve never gotten a reply email from The Cloud. I never could make that work, and ended up rejoining with a new ID and a new password (I wasn’t a paid member then).
That may be the only thing — and the simplest thing — you can do at this point (unless you already joined 9th cloud). Of course, you can always contact the overseas cloud coordinator, who speaks English, at her email address first to see if she has a better idea. On the cloud, she is huhuhuhu and her email address is heidi.shanghai@hotmail.com
Please bear in mind that she gets 100s of emails, so it might take her a minute to get to yours, but she’s usually good about following up.
I hope this helps…

Thanks for the help. I will contact the overseas coordinator. The problem is that I joined the 9th Cloud using my user id that I joined at the site.
