{*Edited to Add 12/5: CloudUSAer Tammy, who was on the set in Mobile with Rain, says that he has gone back to Korea for now and that the producer said he did his own stunts! And that when he found out they were Clouds, he said, “Come on, let’s take a pic.” What a guy. ♥ He will be back later in the month to continue shooting scenes. ^@@^}
{*Edited to Add: I thought that Rain might be done in Mobile, with it being the 4th and all, but there’s a chance that he isn’t and won’t be until the 6th. I don’t know for sure. So I’ve edited this post to that effect. Thanks. ^@@^}

CloudUSAers Cyndi, and Tammy (who just got back from ZEPP Tokyo), and Gee were in Mobile today with their umbrellas out, searching for the eye of the storm that’s been brewing there on the set of the Bruce Willis movie-in-production, “The Prince.” And boy, oh boy, did they ever find it.
The “eye of the storm” was wearing a sharp black suit, coiffed hair, and that smile Clouds have all grown to love.
Here is Rain (a.k.a “Mark”), Cyndi, Tammy, and Gee in Mobile. (Way to go, USA clouds. Way to show the man some love! Very proud.)
If he’s done with his scenes, Rain will be winging his way back home to South Korea to rest and continue working on his album and his new TV reality show (unless he’s staying until the 6th). Speaking of that… don’t be surprised if you see a glimpse of some CloudUSAers on his “Rain Effect.” I kid you not!

The hair was SHOCKINGLY horrible in person. I’m just saying.. HOWEVER>>> It did not look so bad on the Rain Effect TV show, so maybe they had to make it look like a ‘hair cupcake’ got set on top of his head for it to be seen on film in the white lighting… Heck, I dunno, but whatever the case… IN person, and in my personal opinion as one who stood there looking at it, it was JANKED UP AS ALL GET OUT! He still was, is, and always will be mesmerizing, and once I looked into his eyes….screw the HAIR!!

I have to go on the record and say I love the hair, it’s not JiHoon, it’s just for a movie. I even love the Egyptian eyes. And just for thought I’d love to see him in green contacts instead of blue so much. Although I do think black hair and blues eyes are gorgeous. JiHoon you are very manly but your also an extremely pretty man. Men this pretty especially with makeup just puts us women at a disadvantage, hahahahaha we have to work harder just to keep up😉 Thank God JiHoon you only wear it for work. You cloud sisters are brave he outshines everyone, at least without makeup a girl has chance to be next to him and hold her own. (Just my opinions)

Surprisingly Lotus I didn’t exactly hate the side swept bang either and I didn’t mind the eyeliner on him (truth be told). He looks like a more “exotic (hate to use that word) version” of himself….different. In this case, different and not typical JiHoon is a good thing (IMO). It’s a look that’s unexpected. I like unexpected. Does he need makeup, well of course not in real life, but THIS is “reel” life, so makeup is a requirement.
As I said earlier, the hair and further the overall look is seriously intriguing me about his character. Makes me wonder is the movie an action comedy or an action drama? With a Bruce Willis film it can be either/or.
Oh and as far as standing next to a pretty man goes, I’ll stand next to him with bells on. Take me as I am baby boy…..that’s what I say. *SMILES*……………

I was thinking too much make up and the hair is not him. Still he is our RainRain and we support him all the way. You ladies are so lucky to see him in person and take pictures with him. Go Clouds Go!!!

And what about his “I’m a Cyborg But That’s Ok” hair that he had to wear in order to play “Ilsun”? LOL
The guy is an actor, folks. Which means he doesn’t get to look like perfect Rain all the time.

Well, “the hair” intrigues me about this character “Mark” that’s for sure. Hey, Lord knows if we can look at his blonde poodle curls a little side sweep bang ain’t that bad.

LOL. Oh, yeah. The poodle hair. And that wasn’t even for a movie role. That was HIS choice for his Adieu concerts. There was so much love/hate for that hair. And the Cyborg hair. Just LOL. He definitely embodies his characters, doesn’t he?
I’m so curious about his role in this movie. Actually, I’m intrigued about all of the roles, even Jason Patric, Bruce Willis and John Cusack. You’ve got all of those guys and RAIN. And the budget for this thing is only like $20 million. So, it’s not a big budget film.
I just got wind of another little detail about the movie too. Looks like Willis’ character may have a vendetta against the “former” mob boss, Jason Patric. One of the scenes that was shot in Mobile (the one with the car being blown up) was supposedly of a flashback in time, where his wife and daughter get blown up in their car. Is he a good guy or a bad guy? Don’t know at this point. But we now know we’ve got a revenge plot, and the kidnapping of Jason Patric’s daughter is part of that.
And Rain is supposed to be a friend of Willis. So. Are they good guys or bad guys? Or maybe both? Time will tell, but the talk is that Willis is the villain, which means that Rain may likely be a villain too. Hopefully, it is at least a juicy part that he can sink his teeth into, even if it is a supporting role.
Anyway, thought I’d throw in that little tidbit.

That is what has been so confusing to me for a few weeks. The Media kept getting (and still keeps getting) Willis’ character’s name (Omar, the bad/guy Mob boss with the vendetta) and Patric’s character’s name (Paul, bad guy/ex-Mob boss who got out a while ago and whose daughter gets kidnapped to force him back in) mixed up, even on IMDb. But they’ve always connected “Mark” with “Omar.” And yesterday, Rain was quoted as saying he and Bruce Willis’ scenes went great and their chemistry was perfect. So, I guess that cinches it, that he is Willis’ cool, level-headed friend.

Well, the makeup doesn’t bother me much because every actor who films a movie wears makeup. If they don’t, they will look washed out in the finished product. And even though it’s layered on Rain pretty thick, he should look completely natural in the finished product. (Unless it’s for a comedic point in the plot.)
Speaking of… even though I recoiled in horror at the sight of that hair (LOL! Sorry, Rain^_~) I’m thinking (hoping?) that it may have to do with the plot. It could be a comedic part of “Mark” that the character changes as the movie goes along, or “Mark” could have been trying to throw people off of his trail by trying not to look like himself at the time, who knows. I just keep thinking about those pics of him from the “Love Story” short film set where his hair was all stuck up like a chicken had been in it because his character had been sleeping on it.
I suppose we’ll find out when the time comes. LOL

This is so cool that they actually let Tammy, Cyndi and Gee be on the set and watch Rain shoot a scene or two. I really can’t wait to see what his role is about in the movie although it is known that he is supposed to be BW friend. Congratulations again its a day you will never forget its amazing how things happen sometimes, it was all meant to be.

O_O !!! :(( So close, but still wasn’t able to see him, I sure wish we’d known about the project much sooner, feels like a weird dream him being so near! Mobile, of all places! A dream with with a bad ending…lol! 😦 I AM happy (& jealous!)- that ya’ll good folks got to meet him, though! And where can we find his reality show, please?

LOL. I saw the photos about an hour ago and I’m still verkempt.
After hearing he might be leaving today, I was terribly afraid that the ladies might arrive too late to catch a glimpse of him. I’m delighted to see that wasn’t the case, not to mention that certainly was more than a glimpse.
And it was so kind of Rain to embrace his U.S. fans so graciously. We are so grateful. ♥
