Happy Belated Birthday, Cloud USA

Well, can you believe it, Clouds? Things got so crazy at the beginning of the year, both in Rain’s world and in our own private lives, that we just now slowed down enough to remember that three years ago, on January 21, 2010, Cloud USA was born.
It was an easy delivery of what was initially meant to be just a little blog space where Stephe and I could gush about one of our favorite stars without people looking at us funny. And yet the baby that was born could not be held back and was soon being talked about all over the world by other English-speaking Clouds who needed the same kind of place and who found a home here at Cloud USA.
At three years old, Cloud USA has finally left the “terrible twos” behind and is toddling its way towards what we hope will be a long and happy future. We still aren’t quite sure exactly where or how we fit in Rain’s world, but all we can say is we are terribly happy to be here.
Many thanks to all of you out there who have joined us in our journey and who are helping us help Rain reach his goal of becoming world renowned. We are honored by your presence, awed by your spirit and humbled by your grace.

Cloud USA 
A big round of applause to Cloud USA for keeping all of us informed about our favorite Korean actor/singer/dancer/humanitarian/soldier known as Rain! I found Cloud USA with just a couple of mouse clicks while looking up the great looking guy in Ninja Assassin, trying to find out just who he was and why hadn’t I seen him before (being a martial arts fan). In 3 years time, Stephe and Terri have cultivated a loyal fan base located 7,000 miles away from Rain’s home turf. I think I speak for all the Cloud USA members when I say you guys have given us a way to view a nation and culture that is different from our own in a positive light. Thank you for your diligent work and fun-loving attitudes that help us smile on our good days, as well as the bad ones!
I also thank you for helping 3 of us to become friends by way of a Cloudburst while viewing R2B: Return to Base—–2 from Texas (me and BiAlamode) and from the Mardi Gras capital of the USA/New Orleans, Gee.

Isn’t it just amazing how JiHoon brings people together who would never have met otherwise? And folks have the audacity to doubt him as being influential. Hmph!
Even if TIME Magazine didn’t always do right by him, they DID indeed know that they had it RIGHT. Korea’s Magic Feet was and is nothing short of influential across the world. (How many people have 2,000-tree forests planted in their name, by fans??)

Congratulations!
I still remember how excited I was when I found you back in Spring 2010.
I was touched by the stories/articles written by Stephe and Terri. True gems. I have witnessed a remarkable growth and am so happy about it. I am forever grateful for the hard works by you, not only Stephe and Terri but also the staffs. Pls keep up the good work. Hope to meet you guys someday.

We are trying desperately to get a Rain concert to come here, so we can all attend it together and maybe even take in some of the sights. And have a huge Cloudburst, of course.
Honestly, I do really hope that happens in Atlanta at some point, mostly because I know my town, and so I would be able to host something like a huge Cloudburst best from here. However, no matter where it happens, we WILL be getting together with as many of you Cloud sisters as possible. You can count on it.
And if you are ever coming through Atlanta, please give me and Stephe a holler. If our schedules will allow it, we will try to at least meet for a bit with you. We love to meet Clouds from all over the world.

Feliz Aniversario Dear CUSA. Since i found you dear clouds it has been so much fun. i have learned so much about Kpop, Kdramas, Korean Culture in general and i had gotten to know so many wonderful people. i’m so glad that you had this awesome idea and created it. English speaking community fans of Rain will be lost without you ladies and gents. You keep it real and truthful. When i need updates about Rain this is my first place to visit. Keep up the good job and hope to celebrate many more Anniversaries with you my dear sisters clouds. Congratulations!!!!!

Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary. This is always the first place I come to when I want true and accurate info concerning Rain. Korean journalists need to sit up and take notice of how responsible, fair, and accurate story telling should be regardless of whether its good or bad. Great job. Please keep it up!

Congratulations on your 3rd Anniversary to all CloudUSA staff especially Terri and Stephe. I discovered this amazing site in April 2012 when I first came to know of Rain and Thank you for giving me a very warm welcome. Also Thank you for all your dedication and for writing such informative accurate articles and opinions so that fans can have up to the minute information on everything Rain. Although I don’t post much, it has become a daily routine to checkin. I hope to meet you at a future Rain concert.

Wow, time flew by so fast! Happy Anniversary Cloud USA and may you continue to be our lights in the world of our Jung Ji-hoon * Rain. Your commitment to continuously keep us uplifted and informed has been a blessing to me. As I have stated before, I am a fan yes, but a disabled fan who battles a debilitating disease. I am so happy I found this website and so so much info on a man I have truly grown to love, Rain. Stephe, Terri and the rest of the staff are really awesome with the work and love that is poored into this website. I am also honored to have meet both of you in person. What a great weekend that was. I enjoyed so much talking with people who share the same love for Rain that I do.
