In case anyone is still having trouble finding the correct place to re-register/reconfirm your mailing address for the delivery of your Rain membership goods, I hope this will help:
Please be logged in to The Cloud Fan Site.
Go here, into the private Cloud-Filled room (구름 가득한 방), to this post (No. 3613) and scroll down past the Korean notice and Japanese translation to the ENGLISH translation, and look for this gray link:

Clicking the gray link will take you to this simple address confirmation form:
Fill it out entirely. The only space that is not required is the one for “Memo.” Leave it blank.
Submit your form by clicking the blue button.
That’s it. You’re done! PLEASE ACT ASAP, as we’ve already had two weeks and the deadline for this is Tuesday KOREAN time. If you’ve already submitted your form, thanks!

Ok so I am having a bit of a problem here. I am currently staying with some family members. So currently I have no actual address, they’re really weird about giving out their address and can’t really have anything delivered here. Going through some stuff right now…..long story. Anyhow what I am to do in this situation, fill out the form with my old address?

I’m afraid that if you have it sent to your old address, it might never get to you if it’s intercepted, you know how the mail is… If you will email me at letitrain@cloudusa.org with ALL of the information that would be needed on that Cloud form, I’ll use our (Cloud USA) address in place of yours and have your goods sent here. If you’d like to do that, please email me your info asap.
You’ve been with us for a long time, so I certainly don’t mind doing that for you.

I’m so sad because I haven’t got any possibility yet to join the blue 8th cloud!

Don’t be sad, Agota. There are many Clouds who didn’t join 8th Cloud, either because they happened to miss this year’s membership drive or because they simply chose not to and wanted to stay gray, which is quite okay.
The Cloud admin over in Korea held their membership drives this past March and this past May, and they have closed them now. But they will open membership up again in the future — it’s usually done every year, it’s an annual club thing. We don’t know exactly when they will open membership again, with Rain being in the military right now, but rest assured they will do it and you’ll be able to join then.
In the meantime, I look forward to seeing you spend time over on The Cloud Fan Site with all the many gray and blue clouds and also here with us! 😀

Nope, I don’t think so. Those are the static lists of people that did it during the last week of November, and by 12/1. I’m thinking you will show up on the next confirmation list, the final one.
